Broadcast Magazine honours young talent across the industry each year and Envy has been very fortunate that 3 of our "under 30's" have made it into the Magazine.

One of our Senior editors, Alex Lea, was singled out for his eye for detail, versatility and calm nature amongst others. "Alex has the perfect combination of qualities talent, enthusiasm, endless patience and a complete absence of ego" says head of on-air promotions at Film Four, Dan Chase.

Another choice was Avid Assistant, Dougal Oldfield who started with us as a runner. "he's excellent at his job and clients like to work with him because he's reliable, keen and will sort out any problems you have any time day or night" says Dave Cadle.

Sound Assistant, Dave Williams was also singled out and quickly impressed clients and staff alike with his attitude and attention to detail in the sound department. Envy would like to congratulate it's staff and all the other young talent in the industry.
