ENVY'S SENIOR DUBBING MIXER, MATT SKILTON HAS WON AN RTS AWARD

Matt Skilton accepted the RTS Award for best Sound Entertainment & Non Drama Productions on Monday the 24th of November 2008 for Meet The Natives. Fern Britton handed out the awards at the Intercontinental in Park Lane.


The RTS Awards are the gold standard of achievement in the television community. Each year, the Awards ceremony recognises excellence across the entire range of programme making and broadcasting skills.

The Jury commented: "A clever piece of sound work, handing the recording equipment to the indigenous protagonists and allowing them to record their own soundtrack. It also blended music with voice over and actuality in a particularly engaging way."
